River and Rowing Museum offering Special 2for1 Offer for RG9 residents

They will be offering a special 2for1 on General Admission to the River & Rowing Museum (on all full priced adult tickets) for RG9 Residents for all visits till Friday 23rd October subject to availability.

Visitors can take advantage of this special offer to rediscover the Museum Thursday to Monday 10am to 4pm and to take the opportunity to see their special exhibition of beautiful wood engravings  ‘Art of the Wild: Gertrude Hermes and the Natural World’ curated by The Ashmolean Museum before it closes on 11th October. This exhibition explores the work of this ground-breaking female artist and first female wood engraver to enter the Royal Academy. Gertrude was fascinated by the beauty of nature, including the River Thames, in which she was a frequent swimmer. Special small group Curator Tours of the exhibition are also available (bookable separately) – perfect for a group of friends.

How to Book – plus terms and conditions

Tickets for general admission (which includes entry to the exhibition ‘Art of the Wild’) must be booked in advance on our website rrm.co.uk/visit/ and RG9 residents are asked to enter promo code ‘RG9’ at checkout. They must then bring proof of address at time of visiting. Offer applies to all full priced adult tickets (only) and excludes our Curator Tours. The River & Rowing Museum is open Thursday to Monday 10am to 4pm.
